MVP Factory is a business of Olevate LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and services, and how we use it.
2. Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to share with us: your product ideas and the details you enter in our discovery chat, your account details when you sign in, your contact details when you email us or book a call, and scheduling information when you book a meeting through our calendar provider. We also collect standard technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used only to keep the site running and improve it.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your enquiries, prepare MVP briefs and proposals, schedule and run calls, deliver our design and build services, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
4. Where your data is stored
Your discovery chat and MVP brief are stored on our servers so you can return to them: a chat started without an account is kept for 30 days after its last message and can be opened only from the browser that started it; a chat started or saved while signed in is kept with your account. Chat messages are processed by an AI provider on our behalf to generate the analyst's replies. Information you send us by email or through our booking page is stored by our email and scheduling providers under their own privacy policies.
5. Third-party services
We use trusted third-party services to operate, including an AI model provider for the analyst chat, Supabase for accounts and data storage, and Calendly for scheduling. When you use these services, their own privacy policies apply to the data they process.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep your information only for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
