A two-sprint engagement is a starting point, not a guarantee that a complete product will be finished within that time. AI-generated briefs are drafts, not quotes or commitments. Final commitments are made only in the agreed proposal.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for having the rights to any ideas, content, or materials you share with us, and for reviewing and approving deliverables in a timely manner.
5. Intellectual property
Once an engagement is paid in full, the deliverables we create specifically for you are assigned to you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, methods, and reusable components. Content on this website, including the MVP Factory name and brand, belongs to Olevate LLC and may not be reused without permission.
