1. Pricing
Prices shown on this website, including our starter package, are illustrative and subject to scope. The final price for your engagement is confirmed before any payment is due.
2. Payment terms
Engagements are paid per sprint, with each sprint's price agreed before it starts. Work on a sprint starts once its payment has been received.
3. Cancellations before work starts
If you cancel an engagement before work on a paid sprint has started, we will refund that sprint's payment in full to the original payment method.
4. Cancellations after work starts
If you cancel after a sprint has started, the work already completed is non-refundable. We will refund the portion of the sprint fee that corresponds to work not yet performed, calculated fairly based on the time and deliverables completed.
5. Completed deliverables
Deliverables that have been completed and handed over to you are non-refundable.
6. How to request a refund
To request a cancellation or refund, email us at the address below with your name and engagement details. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
